Analytics Agent is a Shopify app that:

• Connects to your Google Analytics 4 account
• Analyzes your ecommerce data using AI
• Delivers insights via Mission Briefs and dashboards
• Provides recommendations to improve your store performance

3. Account Registration and Security

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Shopify store
• Have the authority to bind your business to these terms

4. Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

Analytics Agent offers:

• Starter Plan - Free forever with basic features
• Pro Plan - $29/month with advanced features

Billing Terms

• Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
• Charges are processed through Shopify
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

Free Trial

Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Overload or interfere with our servers
• Access another user's account without permission
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

Analytics Agent, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain all rights to your store data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide insights and improve the Service.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We use your data only to provide and improve the Service
• We never sell your data to third parties
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• We comply with GDPR and applicable privacy regulations

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or completeness of insights
• Specific results or outcomes

Insights and Recommendations

AI-generated insights are suggestions, not guarantees. You are responsible for business decisions based on our recommendations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for losses due to third-party services (Shopify, Google Analytics)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Your store's products or business practices

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately
• We retain data for 30 days for account recovery
• After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Good-faith negotiation between parties
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Small claims court for claims under $10,000

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
